As you might know, every two weeks I go to the Prinses Máxima Centrum, the national center for children cancer, to make drawings for the children. Due to the corona-measures, access to the hospital is forbidden. The ‘Tekenen voor Kinderen’ Foundation found a way to keep making drawings at a distance, and yesterday it was my first experience. The children texted me what they wanted and I sarted drawing. I sent them photos of the different steps in the drawing process. After finishing the drawings, I posted them – by real mail – to the children.
