Last Saturday, I joined the Urban Sketchers Rotterdam for a sketchcrawl in and around Rotterdam Central Station. This is a view made inside the station… outside, it was very cold and windy. The building has a spectacular, triangular shape, which adds to the dramatic composition of this sketch.

Before the start of the actual sketchcrawl, I made a sketch outside, on the Weena. I thought I had found a sheltered spot, but because of the high buildings, wind blew from all directions. One of the coldest sketches I ever made.
