Cover illustration and spreads of a small workbook for children of whom a parent (mother or father) has been temporarily banned from home. Welfare workers and children work with this workbook to understand the situation and the purpose of this measure, and to prepare for the come back of the parent. I designed the layout of the book and made all illustrations. My goal was to show children in ‘caring’ situations.
Omslagillustratie en enkele pagina’s van een klein werkboek voor kinderen, waarvan een ouder (vader of moeder) een tijdelijk huisverbod heeft gekregen. Hulpverleners en kinderen proberen aan de hand van dit boekje de situatie en het doel van de maatregel te begrijpen en zich voor te bereiden op de terugkeer van de ouder. Ik maakte het grafisch ontwerp van het boekje en de illustraties. Mijn uitgangspunt was om kinderen af te beelden in ‘zorgsituaties’.
